A couple days ago I was in London to do some research for our store in Marbella. While walking around Brick Lane we came across a little stand with rings. They all looked very cool and of course I tried one on...maybe I should have waited and checked the size first, since once I put it on... I could not take it off anymore! Needless to say I was stuck with it and had to buy it...at least it looked nice and was not too expensive.

It was the first time that I bought myself some "jewelry" since years, and it felt weird at the beginning wearing a ring again...next to the fact that it was too small and cutting of the blood...my finger literally turned blue.

Nevertheless, with the help of some soap and water, my finger was finally released from the pain and pressure...

But now I am thinking of getting a new ring and somehow came across http://toyme.it. Next to rings, they have really cool necklaces, earings and cuff links.

How to butcher in style.

 As I´d like to say: My favorite animal is steak. But I must admit that when entering a normal supermarket or butcher...the way the filets, sirloins or rib-eyes are displayed is rather sad and disturbing, not to say disgusting in some places...

I don´t understand that you can spend so much money for a good peace of beef, but not care about the store, the surrounding and the feeling you get when shopping. At last, one store heard me whining and set a new standard for all butchers out there. Lets welcome Victor Churchill to our lives! It is more than just a store, Victor Churchill really is an experience. 

At first you would not realize at all that this is actually not a luxury store for some fashion brand or jewelry but a butcher.., even vegetarians have to stop and look closer...Shopping during day, and butcher classes at night! From basic beef, lamb or pork butchery to private cooking classes with the top-notch chefs of Australia.

Unfortunately you can only find Victor Churchill in Sydney, Australia...so far. But I am sure that more stores around the globe will open in a similar style. Butcher 2.0!

It´s Time Baby...

After I broke my watch 8 years ago while stumbling a bit tipsy through Bologna by night...(let us just say I leaned a bit too hard on one of these columns with my left hand...), I have not bought myself a new watch. Timeless, but not clueless, I was wandering around the globe for years and years...having missed a couple flights, dates, meetings and I don´t want to know what else...

So, I thought, it is time to get myself a new watch! The only problem is that I am extremely picky and the ones I like...are waaaay too expensive. Then I came across the Plasteramic collection by ToyWatch and fell in love...finally some watches that match my pants or socks...
